The Green Motors Practices annual general meeting was held September 6, 2007 in Reno, Nevada

 

  •   New board of directors were added (see the webpage "About Us" for details)

  •   Organization by-laws were amended to create a new Director position entitled "Ex-Officio"

 

Congratulations to BC Hydro of British Columbia for becoming an Associate Group Utility member effective May, 2007 and elected to serve on the Board of Directors in 2008.

The Regional Technical Forum approved Green Motors Practices protocol as an energy efficiency measure July 17, 2007. This opens the door for utilities and service center customers to count kWh savings generated by Group members in the rewind process.

Motor Service Centers can apply and if accepted, join the Group as Charter Members without charge during the initial startup phase. After startup they will continue to enjoy the benefits of Charter status

 

 

Green Motors Practices Goes International

 

Western Canadian motor service centers are encouraged to take advantage of BC Hydro and join Green Motors Practices at no charge.
