Information Collection and Use
If a user must first complete a registration form on this site,
now or in the future and they are required to give their contact
information such as name, company, and e-mail address Green Motors
Practices Group
is the sole owner of the information collected and will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive for
use during a particular session ("per session" cookie). Green
Motors Practices Group has set the "per session" cookie to be available on the
user's hard drive for 20 minutes. This means a user would not have
to enter their username and password more than once during a
20-minute session if required. The cookie will expire after this
time limit or when the user closes their browser.
Log Files
Green Motors Practices Group uses and analyzes web logs that
automatically record basic information about visitors. This
information consists of the Internet domain from which a user
accesses greenmotors.org (e.g. aol.com, yourcompany.com
), an IP (Internet Protocol) address, type of browser and
operating system used to access greenmotors.org, date and time
of access and pages visited. The information collected is used
only to help us make the web site more useful.

This web site takes every reasonable and appropriate precaution to
protect the users' information against loss, unauthorized access,
destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. When
users submit sensitive information (such as a credit card number)
via the website, the information is protected both online and
off-line. We use Pay Pal who uses the industry standard SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology and Verisign
certificates when collecting or transferring sensitive data such
as credit card information. While on a secure page, such as a
PayPal, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as
Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, will be
displayed.
While we use PayPal online who protects sensitive information , we
also protect user-information off-line. The equipment that stores
sensitive information is kept in a secure environment and access
is limited.
Notification and Changes
If the Green Motors Practices Group decides to change our privacy
policy, the changes will be posted on greenmotors.org so users
are always aware of what information is collected, its use and
